The prices for printing, postage, and tracking of a postcard are listed above. Our goal is to be as transparent as possible with our pricing, therefore the price does not change based on the number of postcards you send (that being said, contact us if you will be sending over 2,500 postcards per month).

A majority of our Data Query list building functionality is free. With no targeting criteria, we can obtain up to 750 of the closest properties, which you can then use in your postcard marketing campaigns. We will work with you to determine the best way to perform data queries to build mailing lists of your target properties. If costs will apply for your Data Queries due to campaign options (rarely), we will discuss that upfront with you.

The price for a custom postcard design is $149. This fee covers the costs of our professional designers who will work closely with you to design the perfect postcard designs with a focus on driving a high return on investment.

In regards to the type of postage, we recommend that the first postcard of a multi-postcard drip campaign is sent via First Class in order to get it delivered as quickly as possible. After that, we recommend sending the rest via Standard Class as we can schedule the postcard in our system so it arrives on or near the desired date without the extra postage costs.

The cost of direct mail has a lot of factors, including: printing, preparation, mailing, and postage. Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) may appear to be cheap, but a lot of your pieces get thrown away due to mail holds, vacant mailboxes, etc.

Our service focuses on getting your postcards in the hands of your desired audience. If you utilize our data querying, we help you target your ideal audience with such targeting filters as requiring owner occupied properties, lot size, home value, type of property, etc.

We do not have a monthly subscription fee to use our service.

There is no setup or processing fee when you choose to use our service. We simply charge you for the number of postcards that are sent.

We require that a credit card is added to your account in order to pay-as-you-go.

There are no minimums on the number of postcards you must send. We follow a pay-as-you-go model where you will be charged when the postcard moves to the printing stage. Up until it goes to printing, you will be able to cancel scheduled postcards.

We believe that we have very accurate data for properties across the United States. Due to that, we guarantee a 90% successful delivery rate or we will refund you for every piece that could not be delivered (not applicable if sending to a list of addresses provided by you).

At this time, we only deliver to properties in the United States.

In addition, there are generally USPS slowdowns that occur between Thanksgiving and New Year Day each year, due to very high spikes in mailing activity. We help you plan ahead to get your postcards delivered on or near the desired date.

CloverCamp's printing and mailing partners use USPS First Class and Standard Class mail based on your campaign selections. The time it takes for a postcard to be delivered is based on the postage type selected.

Typically, First Class mail tends to take 5-7 business days to be delivered. Standard Class mail has a wider range, typically taking anywhere from 9-21 business days -- we see an average of 13-16 days based on our statistics.

Although we do our best to get your marketing postcards delivered as quickly as possible, delays do occur with the USPS and they are out of our control.

We cannot cancel a postcard once it has been sent to our printing partner. Up until then, you are allowed to cancel any postcards. Please contact Support to cancel postcards for your campaign if necessary.

Yes! Our system allows you to use variable data on your marketing postcards in most ways you can imagine. We'll help you ensure your postcard designs are personalized for each recipient to achieve the best ROI.

The possiblities are pretty endless. You can use any data that you provide for a campaign or a target address, plus any of the data that is available for the indvidual property being sent to.

This includes such things like:
Owner's first name
Property value
Property size
Street name
Neighborhood name
Zipcode
And much more...

Yes - we call this a "Direct" campaign. You can provide us with a list of target addresses and any corresponding data that you wish to use on the postcard for each address.

For our Direct campaigns, the price per a postcard decreases with the more postcards sent to each target address.

Yes, in fact, we encourage it! Right now, we will work with you to setup a process that allows your system to send us the list of target addresses automatically.

This may be through an integration in your CRM or by sending us a daily report of target addresses that we will import into our system for you.

Absolutely not! We work with businesses in many different markets. For example, we find that home service businesses such as cleaners, electricians, roofers, and painters can benefit from our automated postcard marketing platform.

We do have design guides available for all postcard sizes. These guides will be provided when we are working together to setup your campaign if you will be designing your own postcards.

We highly recommend the use of our 6" x 11" (jumbo) postcards, but we do offer a variety of sizes:

  • 120# (14PT) gloss cover, UV coated

  • Full Bleed
  • First Class postage must be used

All of our postcards are printed on 120# (14PT) paper. They all have a gloss cover and are UV coated.

If you wish to receive a physical sample of a postcard for your campaign, we can have that sent through your account. You will incur the cost of that postcard and it will take roughly the same amount of time to be delivered as if it was processed by your campaign.

For all of our campaigns, we do provide you with a PDF proof of your design for review, which represents exactly how the postcard will print.

We do not provide a print-only service at this time.

We offer the option to mail the postcards via First Class or Standard Class. Note that all 4" x 6" postcards must be mailed by First Class.

Yes, it is mandatory that your campaign has a return address configured in order to ensure all postcards have the correct return address printed on them.

Yes, we can help you with putting together postcard designs for your campaign. There is a small cost involved in having us do so, but we do our best to keep this affordable.

In addition to having a custom design created for you, we are constantly working to add high-converting templates to our platform that are free to use. We work with you to make minimal branding changes (logo, colors, and background images) to fit your needs at no cost.
